Countries where you cannot apply for the card
For regulatory reasons and to mitigate legal and sanctions-related risks, we currently cannot issue the card to users (whether individuals or businesses) who reside in or are legally registered in the following territories:

Iraq
Iran
Israel
Myanmar
Nepal
Nicaragua
Russia

Turkey
Ukraine
Venezuela
Vietnam
In addition, our platform restricts account openings in jurisdictions that represent a high level of risk.
For applicants located in countries under international monitoring (such as those on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) grey list), each application will undergo a thorough individual review and require direct approval from our compliance team.
Restricted territories for purchases or payments
Even if your card is already active, our system will automatically block any transaction, purchase, or payment made within the following regions.
This restriction applies strictly to all accounts, regardless of whether they belong to individuals or businesses:

Russia
Syria
Ukraine
Venezuela
