Important: The maximum amount for receiving third-party ACH or wire deposits is USD 4,000. Transfers above this amount will be rejected unless the sender is a business account.

EUR Deposits from Europe

  • Please note that transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted. If a third-party transfer is received, it cannot be credited and will be returned to the originating account within 10 business days.

  • Deposits are made via SEPA Instant transfers. Once credited, the euros are automatically converted to U.S. dollars at the exchange rate applicable to your account.

Verify the Beneficiary Name (Your Name)

To ensure that your ACH or wire transfers from the U.S. and your SEPA transfers from Europe are credited without delays, make sure the beneficiary name (your name) exactly matches your full legal name.

  • Do not use aliases. When registering your account with the sending bank, do not use "WALLBIT" or any other nickname as the beneficiary name.

  • Double-check third-party details. If someone else is sending you a transfer, make sure they enter your name correctly.

If a deposit is rejected due to a name mismatch, the funds will automatically be returned to the originating account. There is no fee for retrying the transfer.
