The Wallbit app lets you use your USD funds to pay with QR codes easily and conveniently, while getting competitive exchange rates in Argentina and Brazil.
It supports QR codes from Mercado Pago, MODO, and all interoperable QR codes in the country. In Brazil, you can make payments through the PIX system.

How do QR payments work in Argentina and Brazil?
The process is very simple:
Select where you’re paying. Tap the corresponding button in the app and select Argentina or Brazil (or any of the other countries where the service is available).
Pay with your funds. Scan the QR code. The purchase amount is deducted directly from the USD balance in your Wallbit account.
Currency conversion and local payment. The purchase is processed through our local partner at the best available exchange rate at the time of the transaction, in the merchant’s local currency.
Pay like a local. You can use the service in any supported country without taking any additional action in the app.
